Job Description
  • 360-SUPPORTS is seeking energetic and fluent English-speaking professionals to join its international call center team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate CRM records.   • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Communicate with international customers in fluent English.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Record call details and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and campaign guidelines.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all customer interactions.
  • Support telemarketing, lead generation, and customer engagement activities as required.
