  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Perform fast English typing while communicating with customers.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure timely response and high-quality customer service.
  • Follow company guidelines and maintain discipline during shift hours.
  • Support sales and customer engagement activities when required.
