Job Description

Take Care (Agri Invent Group) is hiring a Product Development Executive for its agricultural product division in Dhaka. The role focuses on pesticide research, formulation development, field testing, and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will work closely with agricultural experts, government authorities, and sales teams to develop and improve crop protection products and support market expansion.

Responsibilities & Context

Conduct research and development for new pesticide formulations and evaluate product effectiveness.

Perform field trials and demonstrate pesticide performance at crop field level.

Prepare and submit regulatory documents and scientific data for product registration and licensing (e.g., DAE approvals).

Analyze market requirements and identify opportunities for new pesticide products.

Provide technical support and training to sales teams, dealers, and farmers.

Develop awareness programs regarding proper pesticide use and safety.

Coordinate with government bodies, especially DAE and PPW officials, for compliance and approvals.

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

Prepare regular technical reports and updates for management.

Support overall product development and innovation activities within the company.
