Job Description
  • Nabil Group is seeking a General Manager (Sales) for its Crop Care division in Rajshahi. The role involves leading nationwide agricultural sales operations, developing market strategies, and driving revenue growth in agro-input sectors such as crop protection, seeds, and fertilizers. The position requires strong leadership experience in large-scale agribusiness sales and distribution management.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement annual and long-term sales strategies aligned with company business goals.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, business segments, and growth areas.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to shape sales strategy.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations of the team.
  • Build, expand, and manage nationwide dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners and ensure effective partner management.
  • Identify and appoint new distributors in potential markets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
