Job Description
  • Alif Trade International (AT) is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to promote, install, maintain, and provide technical support for medical equipment, diagnostic machines, and healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 25 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Promote and sell medical equipment, diagnostic machines, reagents, rapid test kits, and surgical products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot medical equipment.
  • Provide after-sales service, maintenance, and technical support to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate customer service schedules and resolve technical issues.
