Job Description
  • Building for Future Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Project Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities for a 12-storied building project. The selected candidate will be responsible for site operations, contractor coordination, work quality monitoring, and ensuring timely project completion.

  • Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
  • Monitor finishing works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project teams.
  • Prepare work progress reports and contractor bills.
  • Perform estimation and site supervision tasks.
  • Manage BOQ, cost calculation, and additional project expenses.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project decisions and updates.
  • Ensure construction work follows project plans and timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation using MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
