Job Description
  • Jiangcheng Shoes Co (Bangladesh) Ltd. is looking for skilled and experienced Technician / Sr. Technician to manage electrical and mechanical maintenance activities in the footwear manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining production efficiency.

  • Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in production machinery.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure machine reliability and safety.
  • Support factory operations by resolving technical issues quickly.
  • Maintain and operate electrical and mechanical systems efficiently.
  • Ensure proper use of tools and follow workplace safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with production teams for machine servicing and repair work.
  • Maintain maintenance records and report technical issues to management.
