Job Description
  • JF & I Packaging (BD) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical & TRM Supervisor to manage factory electrical and mechanical operations. The role requires strong technical expertise in industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, power management, and maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Supervise and maintain electro-mechanical systems and factory equipment.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Monitor power distribution systems, circuit protection, earthing, and energy-efficient electrical solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of packaging machinery.
  • Support technical installation, project planning, and improvement activities.
  • Identify equipment problems and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain maintenance records, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with management for technical improvements and system upgrades.
