Job Description

Erash Properties Development Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to manage residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, project coordination, and ensuring timely completion of construction work according to approved designs and standards.

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Age 24 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.

Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, bills, measurements, and project documents.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ensure quality control, material inspection, and site safety compliance.

Resolve technical issues and manage site manpower effectively.

Prepare work programs and maintain engineering records.

Monitor residential interior design and finishing works.

Use AutoCAD, ERP, and MS Office for project management and reporting.

Perform additional duties assigned by management.
