Job Description
  • Care Link is looking for a smart, responsible, and hardworking Office Administrator to manage daily administrative activities, documentation, communication, and online office tasks. The role is suitable for skilled candidates as well as freshers who have good computer knowledge and English communication skills.

  • Perform daily data entry and computer typing tasks.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Send, receive, and manage official emails.
  • Upload, share, and organize documents online.
  • Manage digital files and office records properly.
  • Assist with regular administrative and office support activities.
  • Prepare and maintain reports when required.
  • Handle online documentation and related tasks.
  • Follow office procedures and complete assigned duties responsibly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of office information.
