Job Description
  • DEKKO Legacy Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Administration to lead and manage overall administrative operations, facility management, compliance, and corporate support functions. The role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in administration management within garments or group of companies.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Lead and manage overall administrative operations including office, facility, and staff management.
  • Ensure smooth housekeeping, office supplies, utilities, and daily administrative activities.
  • Manage front desk and reception operations while maintaining professional standards.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and operational controls.
  • Monitor security systems, CCTV operations, and workplace safety standards.
  • Manage company vehicles, transportation, rentals, and related expenses.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and organizational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements including visas, travel, and work permits.
  • Prepare and control administration CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee canteen operations, budget control, quality standards, and ERP updates.
  • Monitor administrative transactions and improve operational efficiency.
