The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, communication ability, and multitasking capabilities.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodation, and transportation when required.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute necessary information.
  • Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
  • Manage office systems and ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Act as a communication link between MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with HR, compliance, and administration teams.
  • Support project coordination and monitor timelines and progress.
  • Maintain financial records, expense reports, and important documents.
  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events.
  • Coordinate communication between department heads and the Managing Director.
