Job Description

The company is looking for an experienced HR, Administration & Compliance professional to manage workforce operations, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative functions for its textile unit.

  • Ensure implementation of HR plans for operational efficiency
  • Manage employee engagement and workforce productivity
  • Provide administrative and logistic support for smooth business operations
  • Ensure effective performance management systems
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits processes
  • Conduct training needs analysis and monitor training effectiveness
  • Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve industrial disputes
  • Ensure compliance with social, security, technical, environmental, and HR audits
  • Implement health, safety, security, and CSR initiatives
  • Manage factory committees and administrative operations
  • Maintain communication with government and external agencies
  • Lead, motivate, and develop HR & administrative teams to maintain a productive workforce
