Job Description
  • MARS Planning & Engineering is looking for skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and SEO Specialists to support its marketing, branding, and lead generation activities. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, improving search engine visibility, promoting architectural and engineering services, and generating quality leads through online platforms.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for architecture, engineering, consultancy, and project management services.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and search engine visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, internal links, and technical SEO elements.
  • Manage social media platforms and create regular posts, captions, promotional content, and campaign ideas.
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Generate quality leads through SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and website campaigns.
  • Prepare and publish content related to building design, structural design, consultancy, project management, and engineering services.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create banners, reels, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor website performance, campaign results, traffic sources, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on SEO performance, social media growth, ad campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Support brand development by maintaining consistent communication across all digital channels.
  • Manage website updates, blog posting, landing pages, and basic content changes when required.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, content, and campaign strategies to improve results.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, digital marketing tools, platform policies, and advertising opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Perform any other digital marketing, SEO, branding, or promotional tasks assigned by the management.
