Job Description

Antique Sourcing & Trim Park is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive to support sales, marketing, client communication, and business development activities in the garments accessories sector.

Education

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Conduct regular market research on trends, competitor pricing, and demand changes to identify new business opportunities.

Execute marketing plans and achieve assigned sales targets through regular field visits to garment factories.

Understand factory requirements for garments accessories such as labels, buttons, polybags, hang tags, trims, packaging, and narrow fabrics.

Promote company products through digital channels, personal networking, and professional communication.

Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure customer orders, samples, and deliveries are completed as per buyer requirements and timelines.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback to senior management.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with procurement officers or sourcing managers.

Use ERP software, Microsoft Office, and Excel for reporting, coordination, and daily work updates.
