Job Description
  • Akij Venture Group is looking for qualified and energetic candidates for the position of Sr. TSM / TSM to support sales growth, distributor management, target achievement, and market expansion across Bangladesh.

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Achieve pre-defined sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor the activities of Sales Officers and Distributors regularly.
  • Visit markets and top outlets to understand sales performance and market conditions.
  • Ensure day-to-day market troubleshooting together with the Sales Officers.
  • Identify uncovered market areas and execute coverage plans quickly.
  • Share effective strategies and ways forward to increase sales.
  • Check and verify all team members’ sales reports before sending them to higher authorities.
  • Collect market information and track competitor activities.
  • Train Sales Officers to improve their product knowledge and professional skills.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the management.

    FMCG Sales Marketing Client Service/ Marketing Sales & Marketing Proven work experience in sales and marketing preferably healthcare
