Job Context

• To have experience in utility/mechanical related civil works.
• To ensure quality and workmanship of all civil and civil related works.

Job Responsibilities

• To monitor overall progress as per schedule considering the time bound project.
• Responsible for planning & execution of the project and capable of clear -understanding of all civil drawing both architectural structural along with process drawing and steel structure.
• To have experience in utility/mechanical related civil works.
• To ensure quality and workmanship of all civil and civil related works.
• To handle project related contractor/vendors successfully.
• To certify interims bill and final bill of the contractors.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Capable to solve all kinds of local problem.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Civil Engineering
• Skills Required: Civil Engineering, Civil Construction

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 30 years
• Both Male, Female are allowed to apply
• M. Sc Engineer(Civil) having at least 5 years experience including experience in construction of large scale industrial project
