Job Description
  • Eastern Bank PLC is inviting experienced banking professionals to join its Retail Banking team as a Priority Banking Manager (PBM). This role is responsible for managing high-value customer relationships, expanding the Priority Banking portfolio, delivering personalized financial solutions, and driving sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, strengthening wealth management services, and supporting the bank’s premium banking strategy while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage and grow the portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Priority Banking customers.
  • Develop long-term relationships by understanding clients' financial goals and providing tailored banking solutions.
  • Drive customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, and retention through proactive relationship management.
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving Priority Banking business and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor Priority Banking Relationship Managers to improve portfolio performance and service quality.
  • Promote wealth management, investment, deposit, and lending products through effective cross-selling initiatives.
  • Organize customer engagement events, business development campaigns, and networking activities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance to ensure sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all banking activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend suitable financial products for premium clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and resolving service-related issues.
  • Prepare business reports, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Priority Banking services.
