Job Description
  • Trust Bank Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer – RBS Communication (SO–PO). The role is responsible for coordinating Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) reporting, ensuring accurate regulatory communication, and maintaining effective collaboration with internal departments and regulatory authorities. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, data integrity, governance, and timely reporting to strengthen the bank’s supervisory readiness.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Coordinate with branches and internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate information required for RBS reporting.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of RBS templates, regulatory reports, and supervisory responses.
  • Collaborate with Credit, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, ICT, Operations, AML/CFT, HR, and other business units to maintain data accuracy.
  • Review submitted data for completeness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor reporting timelines, follow up on pending issues, and resolve data discrepancies before submission.
  • Liaise with Bangladesh Bank and regulatory authorities during inspections, audits, meetings, and information requests.
  • Communicate regulatory circulars, supervisory observations, and policy updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain centralized records of regulatory communications, submissions, inspection reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare management reports, Board presentations, meeting minutes, and action trackers related to RBS activities.
  • Track regulatory action items and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
  • Support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in strengthening regulatory reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and supervisory readiness.
