Job Description
  • The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is seeking an experienced and strategic professional for the position of Additional Director (Branding & Communication). This leadership role is responsible for strengthening the organization's brand identity, managing corporate communications, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and driving a digital-first communication strategy. The selected candidate will oversee media relations, public relations, digital platforms, and communication initiatives to promote ICAB’s reputation and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

    • Master of Social Science (MSS) in in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 25 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and execute integrated branding and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead media relations and maintain strong relationships with print, electronic, and digital media.
  • Manage the organization's website, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels.
  • Create high-quality communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, speeches, reports, and promotional content.
  • Plan and implement digital-first communication campaigns to enhance member engagement and public visibility.
  • Oversee branding consistency across all internal and external communication platforms.
  • Coordinate communication activities for conferences, seminars, corporate events, and public programs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with members, partners, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and communication performance to improve outreach strategies.
  • Prepare communication plans, content calendars, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of organizational announcements, publications, and strategic updates.
  • Support corporate reputation management through proactive communication and effective crisis response planning.
