Job Description
  • A. K. Khan Securities Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional for the position of Authorized Representative / Trader. The role is responsible for executing capital market transactions, expanding the client portfolio, and delivering professional investment services while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and promoting investment opportunities in Bangladesh's capital market.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Execute buy and sell orders for securities in accordance with client instructions and market regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients to expand the brokerage portfolio.
  • Provide clients with market insights and investment-related information to support informed decision-making.
  • Promote trading services and investment products to increase client engagement and trading activity.
  • Coordinate the client onboarding process, including account opening and documentation.
  • Ensure all trading activities comply with BSEC regulations, stock exchange rules, and internal compliance policies.
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide timely support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient trade execution and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client transactions, communications, and regulatory documentation.
  • Achieve assigned business development, brokerage, and revenue targets through effective sales and relationship management.
  • Perform additional trading, marketing, and operational responsibilities assigned by management.
