Job Description
  • October 04 Limited is looking for a motivated and career-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Personal Assistant to the CEO to support executive operations and develop future leadership capabilities. The selected candidate will receive structured training across multiple business functions while working closely with the CEO on executive coordination, communication, and strategic initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and young professionals to gain hands-on experience in executive management, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive briefing materials.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Maintain confidential documents, business records, and executive files with a high level of discretion.
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and project deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with department heads and management teams to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Support the CEO in administrative, operational, and strategic assignments.
  • Participate in structured training programs and departmental rotations to develop business knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business projects, research, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional executive support and organizational responsibilities assigned by the CEO or management.
