Job Description
  • Aster International is recruiting Bike Riders for overseas employment in Kuwait. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with motorcycle riding experience who are committed to providing safe, timely, and professional delivery services. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling deliveries efficiently while following company procedures, traffic regulations, and customer service standards. The position offers an opportunity to work in an international environment with performance-based incentives and company-provided facilities.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Deliver customer orders safely and within the assigned delivery schedule.
  • Operate motorcycles responsibly while following local traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
  • Verify delivery details and ensure accurate handover of orders to customers.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to reduce travel time and improve service efficiency.
  • Inspect the assigned motorcycle regularly and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
  • Maintain delivery records and update order status using company systems or mobile applications.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during every delivery.
  • Handle cash-on-delivery payments and maintain accurate transaction records when required.
  • Ensure the security and proper handling of parcels, food, or other assigned items during transportation.
  • Follow company policies regarding safety, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned motorcycle and delivery equipment.
  • Perform additional delivery and operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
