Job Description
  • Marsh Services & Outsourcing is recruiting experienced Sewing Machine Operators for employment with a leading garment manufacturing company in Vietnam. This position is ideal for skilled sewing professionals who can operate industrial sewing machines, maintain high production standards, and ensure garment quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The selected candidates will contribute to efficient production while following quality, safety, and operational guidelines.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to produce garments according to approved production specifications.
  • Perform stitching, assembling, and finishing tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Read and follow production instructions, patterns, and sewing guidelines accurately.
  • Inspect garments during the sewing process to identify and correct quality issues.
  • Maintain consistent production output while meeting daily production targets.
  • Ensure proper handling of fabrics, accessories, and finished products to minimize material waste.
  • Perform routine machine checks and report maintenance or technical issues to supervisors.
  • Follow workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures during production.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and production team members to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation and sewing equipment.
  • Support quality control initiatives by ensuring finished garments meet company specifications.
  • Carry out other production-related duties assigned by the production supervisor or management.
