Job Description
  • Medical College for Women & Hospital is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Nursing Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, maintaining proper nursing care standards, and ensuring smooth nursing operations within the hospital.

    • Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Medical Technology

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Supervise and guide staff nurses during daily hospital duties.
  • Ensure proper patient care and nursing service according to hospital standards.
  • Monitor nursing activities in assigned wards or departments.
  • Support staff nurses in patient management, treatment assistance, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper handover and communication between nursing shifts.
  • Maintain nursing discipline, duty roster, and workplace coordination.
  • Follow BNC rules, hospital policies, and standard nursing protocols.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for smooth patient care.
  • Identify nursing-related issues and report them to the concerned authority.
  • Perform any other duty assigned by the hospital authority.
