Job Description
  • Health Care Women Clinic Ltd. is looking for a qualified female Medical Officer for its clinic in Cox’s Bazar. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical care, supporting patient treatment, maintaining clinical standards, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams.
  • The role includes patient care, diagnosis support, treatment planning, medical recordkeeping, junior physician guidance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare rules and safety standards.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

    • Age 22 to 40 years

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Provide clinical expertise and quality medical care to patients.
  • Guide and support junior physicians when required.
  • Ensure the highest standard of patient care is maintained.
  • Verify complex diagnoses and support proper treatment planning.
  • Provide medical treatment and patient counseling.
  • Perform administrative duties and support risk management activities.
  • Supervise and mentor healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with consultants and medical staff for better patient care.
  • Manage allocated budgets and identify areas for improvement in inpatient care.
  • Stay updated on medical advancements and support medical research programs when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate medical records.
  • Report to senior management when required.
  • Coordinate between administrative and medical staff.
