Job Description
  • Bitopi Group is hiring for the position of Jr. Executive – MIS & Internal Audit. The role is focused on supporting internal audit operations and MIS-related reporting within a manufacturing/group company environment. The position requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work with confidential operational and financial data. Candidates will work closely with multiple departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The job is based in Manikganj with a competitive negotiable salary and additional benefits.

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Assist in internal audit activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work with Inventory Management System including stock taking, valuation, and movement analysis
  • Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) verification and inventory reconciliation
  • Check and verify payroll systems including salary, overtime, maternity benefits, and settlements
  • Verify all types of bills such as transport, lunch, and conveyance expenses
  • Reconcile petty cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable records
  • Ensure proper management and adjustment of IOU and advance payments
  • Reconcile production data, IE reports, order closing, and shipment status
  • Review leftover and wastage reports for accuracy
  • Verify production incentives and related calculations
  • Conduct physical measurement and verification of civil and construction-related bills
  • Prepare MIS reports using Excel and ERP systems for audit and management review
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate operational data
