Job Description
  • Easy Fashion Ltd is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – Accounts in Dhaka (Malibag). This role is responsible for managing core accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control within a garment manufacturing environment. The position requires strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS, ERP systems, and cost accounting along with leadership skills to supervise the accounts team.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Equity Statement) as per IAS & IFRS
  • Maintain daily accounting records including day book, receipt & payment records, and investment position
  • Reconcile customer accounts and bank statements regularly
  • Prepare sales, collection, and outstanding reports for management meetings
  • Develop and monitor operational budgets and ensure cost control compliance
  • Handle financial data entry including pricing, costing, and inventory-related information
  • Coordinate with sales management to implement company financial strategies
  • Design and implement cost accounting systems and develop cost standards for materials and labor
  • Oversee annual physical inventory and stock reconciliation
  • Maintain vouchers, cash books, cheque registers, and bill registers
  • Record and verify all financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts
  • Support internal and external audit processes and provide required documentation
  • Work closely with management for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Liaise with supply chain and commercial teams for payment and cost management
  • Supervise and guide accounts team to ensure accurate financial operations and reporting
