Job Description
  • ACRO Medical Limited is hiring for the position of Accounts & Admin Officer in Dhaka (Aftabnagar). This role involves managing both financial accounting operations and administrative activities within a healthcare-based organization. The position requires hands-on experience in accounting software (especially Tally), VAT & tax compliance, financial reporting, and office administration tasks.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Enter all financial data into Tally Prime and Excel sheets
  • Maintain cash vouchers, cash book, petty cash, bank book, journal entries, and trial balance
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and delivery challans using software systems
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment of bills and expenses
  • Follow up on overdue payments and maintain professional communication for outstanding dues
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports with analysis and insights
  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT return (Mushak 9.1) and collect VAT/tax documents from clients
  • Supervise daily office administration and operational activities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and executives
  • Coordinate with third-party audit firms as per organizational requirements
  • Conduct financial and sales data analysis and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Perform inventory checks across branches and project locations
  • Conduct field inspections of project areas, sales depots, and partner offices
  • Prepare inspection reports and submit recommendations to management
  • Support financial analysis, reporting, presentations, and report writing tasks
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting and tax regulations
