Job Description
  • Raysun Biopharma Co. Ltd. (Laos) is hiring for the position of Head of Sterile Manufacturing – Peptide Lyophilized Injectable Vials. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing sterile manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical production environment. The position requires extensive experience in sterile injectable production, lyophilization processes, and GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Lead and manage sterile manufacturing operations for peptide lyophilized injectable vial production
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and international pharmaceutical regulations
  • Supervise production processes including formulation, filling, lyophilization, and packaging
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Oversee validation, calibration, and qualification of manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Ensure strict adherence to aseptic processing and contamination control procedures
  • Manage production teams and ensure proper training in sterile manufacturing standards
  • Monitor batch production records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for compliance and product release
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiency optimization strategies
  • Ensure regulatory readiness for audits and inspections
  • Maintain production timelines while ensuring product integrity and compliance
  • Lead troubleshooting of manufacturing deviations and implement corrective actions
