Job Description
  • A Leading University and Diversified Group of Companies is hiring for the position of Sr. Manager – IT in Dhaka. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the organization's IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology operations. The position is intended for an experienced IT professional who can lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives and support business growth through innovative IT solutions.

    Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Lead and manage overall IT operations
  • Develop and implement IT strategy
  • Ensure smooth network and server management
  • Manage software, hardware, and system security
  • Lead digital transformation projects
  • Supervise IT team and assign tasks
  • Ensure data backup and disaster recovery
  • Monitor cybersecurity and protect company data
  • Manage ERP, MIS, and business software systems
  • Provide IT support to all departments
  • Plan IT budget and control technology costs
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Improve system efficiency and automation
  • Prepare IT reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
