RISDA-Bangladesh is looking for a Junior Officer (Admin) to support administrative, HR, logistics, reporting, documentation, inventory, and project coordination activities across Bangladesh. The selected candidate will help ensure smooth office operations, maintain records, support HR functions, manage office assets, and coordinate project-related activities as guided by the authority.

Responsibilities & Context
Ensure administrative activities and provide logistic support for uninterrupted office operations.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, office notes, memos, office orders, and circulars.
Support recruitment, selection, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, and employee management activities.
Verify manpower requirements of different departments according to the approved or proposed organogram.
Conduct exit interviews of departing employees.
Assist the payroll department by providing employee information such as leave, sick days, and work schedules.
Maintain and update administrative and HR-related MIS properly.
Maintain disciplinary procedures according to organizational policies.
Look after office assets, fixed assets, purchases, maintenance, and inventory supplies.
Monitor office equipment, materials, and items required for training and administrative purposes.
Check project inventory to ensure proper use of materials.
Prepare reports on project activities, visits, events, expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
Coordinate, supervise, monitor, and evaluate project activities.
Support budget planning, project proposals, case studies, monthly reports, press releases, and community interaction.
Maintain communication with rural communities, local councils, community leaders, media professionals, journalists, youth, and law enforcement agencies.
Organize and maintain filing systems for important and confidential documents.
Supervise security personnel and monitor their activities.
Maintain deadlines for reporting, HR issues, and administrative work.
Coordinate building maintenance and general repair activities.
Perform any other task assigned by the superior.
