Job Description
  • HC Jituan Group Co LTD is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing department and support the growth of its Food & Beverage and FMCG product portfolio in Bangladesh.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, leading campaigns, managing marketing activities, and driving business growth for products such as packaged drinking water, juices, beverages, snacks, biscuits, bakery products, cosmetics, and personal care products.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
  • Lead brand development, product positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage ATL, BTL, digital marketing, trade marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and data analysis.
  • Lead new product launches and support product development initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and online brand presence.
  • Work with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Design teams to execute marketing plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare marketing reports based on data analysis and campaign results.
  • Recruit, guide, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate events, and industry networking activities.
  • Perform other strategic marketing responsibilities assigned by management.
