Job Description
  • Golden Bengal Tobacco Industries is looking for a Wing Manager to oversee regional or wing-level business operations across Bangladesh.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, leading teams, supervising distribution networks, supporting market coverage, and ensuring smooth administrative and management activities within the assigned wing or region.
  • Candidates with experience as Wing Manager, Divisional Manager, Regional Manager, or similar roles in a reputed tobacco company will be given preference.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Supervise overall wing or regional-level field operations.
  • Manage and guide the assigned team to ensure smooth daily activities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide necessary support to improve work efficiency.
  • Coordinate with field staff, distributors, and concerned departments for operational activities.
  • Maintain proper reporting, documentation, and administrative records.
  • Review field activity reports and submit updates to higher management.
  • Support market coverage planning as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operational procedures.
  • Monitor distribution network activities and identify operational gaps.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to team members.
  • Maintain communication with regional teams and head office.
  • Perform any other management or administrative task assigned by the authority.
