Job Description
  • The. K Seoul is looking for an experienced Manager (Operation & Admin) to oversee daily operational and administrative activities at its Baridhara office. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, efficient resource management, office administration, vendor coordination, compliance, and effective communication among all departments.
  • The role includes coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and HR teams to improve operational efficiency and support the growth of the company.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and HR departments.
  • Monitor inventory, logistics, and product distribution processes.
  • Supervise office administration, facilities management, and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, equipment, and operational requirements.
  • Manage office assets and maintain proper documentation and records.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance reports, and management presentations.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and administrative compliance.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics, onboarding, and employee administrative support with the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal regulations.
  • Handle contracts, agreements, licenses, and administrative documents.
  • Manage service providers, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend effective solutions.
  • Monitor budgets and control administrative expenses.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication among all departments and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
