Job Description
  • Hujurat Construction and Development is looking for an Administrative & Documentation Assistant for its Rajshahi office. The selected candidate will support administrative work, documentation, project coordination, file management, communication, and office operations for a multinational engineering and construction firm.
  • The role is suitable for candidates with good documentation skills, English communication ability, office management knowledge, and experience in administrative support.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain official documents, project files, and administrative records.
  • Assist in daily office administration and operational support activities.
  • Handle project-related documentation and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Support communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, letters, emails, meeting notes, and other official documents when required.
  • Maintain records of office activities, documents, correspondence, and project updates.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and administrative arrangements.
  • Support document review, formatting, scanning, printing, and archiving.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of important company documents.
  • Coordinate with management and project teams for smooth administrative workflow.
  • Use MS Office, email, and online tools for documentation and communication.
  • Perform any other administrative or documentation-related task assigned by the authority.
