Job Description
  • Roshawa Group is looking for an experienced Asst. Manager / Manager Admin-HR & Compliance for its factory in Sreepur, Gazipur. The selected candidate will manage plant-level HR, administration, compliance, employee welfare, payroll coordination, recruitment support, and general factory administration.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage and support employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files.
  • Assist with monthly payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate with corporate HR for HR policy and system implementation.
  • Arrange quotations from the local market based on departmental requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment formalities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and liaison with government departments.
  • Monitor contractor compliance and audit documentation.
  • Support compliance activities related to GOTS, GRS, OCS, Oeko-Tex, SEDEX, BCI, and ISO.
  • Address worker and staff grievances in a timely manner.
  • Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support disciplinary actions and notices in coordination with legal advisors.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs at plant level.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Monitor security, transport maintenance, canteen maintenance, personal files, promotion, transfer, increment, and performance appraisal activities.
  • Maintain proper records of electricity meter reading, gas burner, TV, dormitory worker list, and staff list.
  • Supervise plant administration activities as required.
  • Perform any other HR, admin, or compliance-related duties assigned by the authority.
