Job Description
  • Apon Healthcare Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead business development, marketing, and operations for its healthcare and diagnostic services in Dhaka. The selected candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, operational leadership, corporate partnerships, doctor relationship management, brand development, and overall business performance.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Take full responsibility for business growth, revenue targets, and overall P&L management.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Lead corporate B2B sales and build partnerships with corporate houses, banks, insurance companies, NGOs, and healthcare facilities.
  • Negotiate and close profitable business agreements with potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist doctors, consultants, and referral partners.
  • Ensure steady patient flow for diagnostic and clinical services through effective relationship management.
  • Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic center and healthcare facility.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, admin staff, and other departments for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain a patient-first service environment and ensure quick resolution of complaints.
  • Lead brand positioning and performance marketing activities for Apon Healthcare.
  • Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional events.
  • Increase brand visibility, customer trust, and patient footfall through local and digital marketing.
  • Monitor operational performance, service quality, and revenue progress regularly.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Report business performance, challenges, and growth plans to senior management or the Board of Directors.
