Job Description
  • DuSai Hotel & Resorts Ltd. is looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper for its 5-star resort in Moulvibazar, Sylhet. The selected candidate will lead the Housekeeping Department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, guest satisfaction, and service quality across the resort.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Lead, supervise, and manage all housekeeping operations throughout the resort.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of guest rooms, villas, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and staff accommodations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, villas, public areas, and departmental facilities.
  • Plan and manage departmental manpower, duty rosters, training programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage inventory of linen, uniforms, guest supplies, cleaning materials, and housekeeping equipment.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, Security, and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure cost efficiency in housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain employee discipline, motivation, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the management.
