Job Description
  • The Manager – Freight Forwarding role at SH Logistics is responsible for managing end-to-end freight forwarding operations, including air and sea cargo, customs coordination, international shipments, and client relationship management. The role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills to ensure efficient logistics operations and business growth.

  • Manage overall freight forwarding operations including air and sea shipments
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities
  • Ensure smooth import and export documentation and clearance processes
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow logistics operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure service satisfaction
  • Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency
  • Handle pricing, quotations, and negotiation with vendors and partners
  • Supervise logistics team and ensure smooth workflow management
  • Resolve operational issues related to customs, delays, or cargo handling
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
  • Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management
  • Identify new business opportunities in freight and supply chain sector
  • Maintain cost efficiency and improve operational profitability
  • Coordinate with internal departments for end-to-end logistics execution
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and timely communication with clients
