  • Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads

  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients
  • Maintain regular communication with customers for satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance
