Job Description

The Operations Manager role at SH Logistics is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and freight forwarding operations. The position focuses on managing import/export processes, shipment coordination, team leadership, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency across all logistics functions.

Responsibilities & Context

Manage daily freight forwarding and logistics operations

Supervise import and export documentation and customs clearance processes

Ensure timely cargo movement and shipment coordination

Lead and manage operational teams to achieve company targets

Monitor air freight, sea freight, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities

Ensure compliance with international trade and logistics regulations

Resolve operational issues related to delays, cargo handling, and documentation

Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs in logistics processes

Maintain strong communication with clients and internal departments

Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management

Ensure proper use of logistics software and MS Office tools

Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and delivery speed

Support business growth through efficient operational execution

Ensure high standards of customer service and operational reliability
