Job Description

The Sales Associate role at HN Telecom Ltd. is a field-based sales position responsible for promoting and selling internet services across assigned regions in Bangladesh. Responsibilities & Context

Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote internet services

Explain service packages, features, and pricing clearly to customers

Assist customers in selecting suitable internet packages based on their needs

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Conduct regular field visits according to assigned routes

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support

Collect customer feedback and report issues to supervisors

Maintain daily sales reports and submit updates to management

Ensure proper communication of company policies and service terms

Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic service-related issues

Work in field conditions and maintain professional behavior with clients

Support company growth by increasing customer base in assigned regions
