Job Description
  • The Branch In-Charge (Contract Broiler Farming) role at Kazi Farms Group is responsible for managing contract poultry farming operations, ensuring farm productivity, farmer coordination, and business growth. The role focuses on supervising field activities, providing technical support to farmers, and achieving production targets in broiler farming operations across assigned regions.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Develop and implement business plans for contract broiler farming operations
  • Set production targets and ensure achievement of operational goals
  • Train, guide, and monitor field staff and contract farmers
  • Provide technical support on poultry health, feeding, vaccination, and biosecurity
  • Ensure proper farm management including brooding, growing, and harvesting stages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders
  • Monitor farm performance and ensure productivity improvement
  • Conduct regular field visits across assigned regions
  • Resolve farm-related issues including disease control and operational challenges
  • Coordinate with feed, hatchery, and technical teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and farming protocols
  • Analyze market and competitor activities in poultry sector
  • Support profitability and cost optimization of contract farming operations
  • Maintain accurate field reports, records, and documentation
  • Ensure achievement of sales, production, and business expansion targets
