Job Description
  • Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF), registered under the Microcredit Regulatory Authority, is working directly and indirectly for the socio-economic development of around two lakh people.
  • The organization is implementing a microfinance program with financial and technical support from PKSF — Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation. For this program, SNF is recruiting Bangladeshi citizens for the position of Credit Officer-II.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Working as a Credit Officer in SNF’s PKSF-supported microfinance program.
  • Managing microcredit-related activities in the assigned working area.
  • Handling credit control and loan recovery activities.
  • Assessing credit risk before and after loan disbursement.
  • Monitoring borrowers and ensuring proper use and repayment of loans.
  • Maintaining communication with beneficiaries and field-level clients.
  • Preparing and maintaining credit-related records and reports.
  • Following the rules and procedures of SNF and PKSF microfinance programs.
  • Traveling in the field area regularly; motorcycle driving is mandatory.
  • Maintaining professional conduct and avoiding any irregularities in field operations.
