Job Description
  • Uniglory Packaging Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic, qualified, and energetic Manager – Lab to manage laboratory operations, analytical testing, environmental monitoring, compliance, and laboratory quality systems.
    • Requirements

    Education

    • Master of Science (MSc) in in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Applied Chemistry, or any related discipline.

    Additional Requirements

    • Age 22 to 35 years
    • Only Male can apply
    Responsibilities & Context
  • Manage daily laboratory operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and supervise analytical instruments, especially GC-MS.
  • Conduct and supervise air emission monitoring.
  • Perform water quality analysis.
  • Monitor ETP and STP operations.
  • Manage solid and hazardous waste monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and international standards.
  • Conduct chemical analysis, calibration, validation, and quality assurance of laboratory equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation.
  • Monitor energy, water, and resource consumption and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
  • Ensure laboratory safety, proper chemical handling, and safe waste disposal.
  • Manage laboratory inventory, chemicals, consumables, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, HSE, and management teams.
  • Conduct ETP water quality testing and ensure effluent parameters meet applicable discharge standards.
