Job Description

Prime Bank PLC. is looking for an experienced Head of Import Operations to lead Trade Finance Operations and Branch Banking teams. The role focuses on managing high-volume trade processing, improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening risk management, and delivering excellent customer service.

Lead and develop high-performing Trade Finance Operations and Branch Banking teams.

Drive KPI achievement through effective performance management and strategic initiatives.

Align operations with global trade developments and regulatory trends.

Oversee end-to-end Trade Finance operations.

Improve processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and faster turnaround time.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local and international trade regulations.

Strengthen risk management practices to reduce operational, financial, and compliance risks.

Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.

Collaborate with different business functions to support sustainable growth and improve customer experience.
