Job Description
  • VX Services Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Equipment Operator to support its technical and project operations across Bangladesh. The selected candidate will operate assigned machinery, inspect equipment, maintain daily records, and follow all workplace safety procedures. Applicants with experience as a Manifest Operator, AT Weld Grinding Operator, or similar equipment operator will be preferred. Previous experience in Metro Rail projects will be an added advantage.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Operate assigned machinery and technical equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow approved operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment.
  • Check equipment condition and identify possible faults or defects.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, damage, or safety risks to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repair and regular servicing.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, operational records, and inspection reports.
  • Ensure that equipment is clean, secure, and ready for operation.
  • Use all required personal protective equipment during work.
  • Support Metro Rail, engineering, construction, and technical worksite activities.
  • Assist the project team in achieving daily operational targets.
  • Maintain proper communication with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Follow emergency procedures and immediately report unsafe working conditions.
  • Perform other equipment operation and site-related duties assigned by management.
