Job Description
  • Giasuddin Model Diagnostic is urgently hiring an experienced and responsible Computer Operator for its diagnostic centre operations. The selected candidate will manage accurate data entry, patient and customer information, official documents, reports, email communication, file organization, and regular data backups. Applicants must have strong Bangla and English typing skills and 2–3 years of practical experience in a recognized diagnostic centre.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Enter patient, customer, billing, account, and daily operational information accurately into the designated software or database.
  • Maintain fast and error-free data entry in both Bangla and English.
  • Prepare official letters, notices, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, and administrative documents.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Check entered information carefully and correct typing, numerical, or formatting errors.
  • Organize digital documents and maintain properly named folders for easy access.
  • Maintain and update patient records, diagnostic information, office files, and other confidential data.
  • Back up important files regularly on hard drives or secure cloud platforms such as Google Drive and OneDrive.
  • Protect confidential patient and organizational information from unauthorized access.
  • Operate computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, fax machines, and other office equipment.
  • Identify minor equipment or software problems and report technical issues to the appropriate person.
  • Check the official email inbox regularly and respond to important messages according to instructions.
  • Send reports, files, and documents to the required recipients through official email.
  • Support senior officers with data collection, document preparation, and administrative work.
  • Coordinate with diagnostic centre staff to ensure smooth and timely daily operations.
  • Perform other computer, data entry, and office-related duties assigned by management.
