Job Description
  • The position is for a Tour Operations & Sales Executive at MENARAT TOURS & TRAVELS, a full-service travel agency.
  • The role combines travel operations, customer consultation, and sales to deliver complete travel solutions.
  • The company provides services including flight ticketing, visa processing, holiday packages, hotel reservations, travel insurance, Hajj & Umrah, and overseas education support.
  • The executive will work closely with individual, corporate, and international travel clients.

    Responsibilities & Context
  • Handle domestic and international travel bookings.
  • Assist customers with tour packages and travel planning.
  • Sell travel-related services, including flights, hotels, and insurance.
  • Process visa applications and provide travel consultation.
  • Coordinate tour operations from booking to trip completion.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high-quality service.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
  • Keep records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
